Happy belated Halloween. I've had this idea floating around in my head forever so it was nice to get it out even if I'm not super thrilled with it. Like I understand why it was only his sight that he lost in the story but...man, imagine how much more horrifying and crippling it would have been if Roy's toll had been as bloody as everyone else's :iconblooddeathplz:

So I’ve had a recent theory on why it was just his sight and not the actual eyeballs that were taken. in the OVA the blind alchemist, his eyeballs were taken because he wanted to see that kid again, so I think truth purposefully took just Roy’s actual sight and not the actual eyeballs so that way Roy could actually get his vision back because he did not want to Commit the taboo. it would also allow him to still be able to fight father and the homunculi.
